A. Great question. A whippletree is a mechanism which distributes force equally along the linkages. We level the playing field between you and your insurer.

A. We get an understanding of the claim from you, and of the policy from the insurer.  Then we work out how the policy responds to your situation from a neutral standpoint. If we think your insurer has made a mistake, we'll explain why.

A. Definitely not. We help try and
resolve things before you have to get lawyers involved.

 

Q. How much do you charge?

A. We charge $1,500+ GST up front, plus 10% of the total settlement. If you do not win, you will have only paid our up front fee and that’s it. Nothing more to pay!
